Somehow at :45am I find myself on my blog. I just got home from one of my Preceptor ship shifts at kasier and realized I may need to start becoming creative on what I sent my daughter to school with for her lunch. She is the most picky eater I have ever met! She refused a ham sandwich this morning (which is fine with me since I am a vegetarian) so I concocted a tasty avocado, apple slices, cheese sandwich. It tasted GREAT the night before. Well, her grandmother picks her up from school and Marsella
says in a sad and slightly disgusted tone, "Mom took MY lunch and gave me HERS!" Hehe little did she know she actually had the right lunch with contained: avocado spread with minced apples, and a slice of cheese on top. I even taste tested it before making it her officially sandwich of the day. Her sides included grapes and some string cheese! Who doesn't like STRING CHEESE! So I am working on redeeming myself by making her bacon (she'll like that part) and eggs (she'll hate that part but what she doesn't kowo won't kill her) muffins. Perfect plan if you ask me. We'll see how it works!
